Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This document was drafted for general use and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Privacy laws vary by state and change frequently. Have this document reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it for legal protection.
1. Introduction
Lynq (a DBA of DDB Media LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company) operates the website located at lynqcreators.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your options regarding it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through the Site's contact/intake form:
- Name
- Email address
- Business name
- Budget range
- Project description
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect this information through any other means on the Site beyond this form.
Analytics: The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that collects aggregated, non-identifying usage data such as page views and general traffic patterns. The Site also uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which collects browsing behavior on the Site to help us understand and measure the performance of our advertising and to build advertising audiences on Meta's platforms. The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta and is subject to Meta's own data practices. You can learn about your choices regarding Meta's use of this data, including ad preferences, through Meta's own account settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Schedule a discovery call, where applicable
- Assess whether your project is a good fit for Lynq's services
We do not sell your information. We share limited information with third parties only: (a) where necessary to deliver these services to you — for example, a calendar scheduling tool used to book a discovery call; and (b) with Meta, via the Meta Pixel described in Section 2, for advertising measurement purposes.
4. Client Project Data
If you become a Lynq client, any customer records, booking data, or other data generated by the operational system Lynq builds for you is stored in systems owned and controlled by you, not by Lynq. Lynq does not host, retain, or have standing access to your business's customer data as part of normal operation of a delivered project, except as may be separately agreed in writing (for example, under a Care Plan).
5. Data Retention
Inquiry information submitted through the contact form is retained for 12 months following your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
6. Your Rights and How to Reach Us
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, at support@lynqcreators.com.
Note on applicability: Lynq is a small business collecting a limited amount of contact information through a B2B inquiry form. Based on current data volume, Lynq does not meet the thresholds that trigger the substantive obligations of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Rhode Island's Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act (RIDTPPA) — both of which apply based on the scale of personal data a business processes annually. This Privacy Policy is provided as a good-faith notice of our data practices regardless of whether those laws strictly apply, and we will honor reasonable requests regarding your information as described above.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent update.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
