A booking system built to run itself.
The owner needed to automate how appointments were booked. Here's what we built instead.
Too Sharp Studio is a barbershop in Central Falls, Rhode Island that came to us running entirely out of a paper book. Every appointment, reschedule, and walk-in had to be written down and remembered by hand. We built a custom website and online booking system that moved the whole process into a live database, so clients can see open times, book an appointment themselves, and get a text reminder before it, no calls required. What makes it work for a barbershop specifically is the admin dashboard behind it. The owner controls how far out appointments can be booked, adds walk-in appointments manually, sees his full schedule laid out by date, and approves or declines each request before it's confirmed. Nothing gets added to his calendar without him seeing it first.
